We meet on the 2nd Friday of each month, at the hall of St James the Greater in Leicester.

Tastings run from 7:45 to 9:45 pm, it's best to arrive around 7:20. We have to be clear of the hall by 10:30.

​

We typically taste 8 different wines, guided by an entertainng invited speaker who is a producer, a national distributor or an expert in a specific area.

Members and guests attend by prior arrangement. Please respond promptly to tasting announcements by making the required payment.

You should provide your own 21.5 cl ISO tasting glasses; these are available for buy from the society if you ask in advance.​​

You may want to bring a few cold snacks; many wines are best appreciated with food.

​

Nothing may be left behind after the tasting. Please be prepared to help with the removal of empty bottles and boxes if asked.
